Shipping
I will ship everything by 12pm EST or within 24 hours! That is my goal for running this business; fast shipping. Firearms and NFA will be shipped fast as possible but I need the required forms first! Firearms and NFA will take longer due to request FFL license to be process.
Carriers
All firearms will go through UPS with signature required. NFA items will go through USPS with signature required. Ammo will be shipped through UPS and via ground. Accessories will go through UPS or USPS. 2 Day shipping will go through UPS.
If you order multiple items such as NFA, Firearms and accessories. I will combine the shipping to save you some money on shipping! Insurance will be added to shipping cost at a low rate at cost!
Shipping Firearms/NFA?
Send me a email a copy of the FFL and/or SOT or notify your FFL. Give them the order number and they will reach out to me. I will not be reaching out your FFL for this information.
Returns
I will issue a refund no question ask! Just send me a email or complete the return form. Then ship it back to me once the process is started and I will get the refund process started once I received it and inspected it. There will be a 10% restock fee just for shipping cost.
The item must be new and have no sign usage. You can submit a return request within 30 days once you receive the item or it has been shipped. Send a email to [email protected]
Firearms can be returned IF you have not completed the 4473 form! Once its completed I cannot take it back! So please inspect your firearm once it has arrived at the dealer and before completing the form.
NFA item? Sorry, Once the form 3 is started I cannot cancel the order or take a refund.
Ammo, cannot be returned!
Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order before its shipped or the form 3 is completed but send me a email first ASAP before it is out!!! Send it [email protected]
